The Blue Prism Portal is split into different areas of interest in which this brief user guide will explain each
section:
Releases
Contained within the Release area are the Blue Prism releases (historical and present) available pending
on your user profile
Additionally all the “add-on’s” required such as MAPIEx and Login Agent are available and under “extras”
is the JAB (Java Access Bridge).
Product Documentation
You can browse the technical, functional and operational descriptions of how the product works and how
it is designed and deployed across an organisation’s technical infrastructure using the sections below.
All the collateral you will require to understand the technological capabilities Blue Prism provides and to
further understand the product are provided within this area.

Methodology
A Blue Prism Agility Program is a rolling program of work which rapidly delivers on-going business value
through the identification and automation of manual processes within a structured and controlled, IT
approved environment.
The Framework has been designed to integrate fully with our customer's incumbent change management
systems thereby removing the need for additional procedural and governance obligations.
You can browse the documentation templates and reference documents via the folder list provided.
Support
The support section of the Portal provides information regarding product support hours and methods of
contacting the Blue Prism Customer Services.
Also provided is useful information for when contacting the Blue Prism Customer Services for assistance
as to what information you will require in order to expedite the process and ensure your query is handled
quickly.
It also offers a link through to our Help Desk system, enabling specified users to view their existing
tickets and raised new support requests.
User Group
The Blue Prism User Group provides a platform to support the growing number of regular users in the
Blue Prism community.
The forum provides an interactive, collaborative environment within which Blue Prism users can share
ideas, problems, solutions and suggestions for future product functionality.

Training
Blue Prism Training provides a range of educational products and services to support the Blue Prism
Developer Accreditation Programme.
Using a combination of eLearning, classroom learning and mentoring by experienced Blue Prism
consultants, developers new to Blue Prism can quickly acquire the necessary skills and experience to
deliver professional Blue Prism solutions.
Continually guided and supported by Blue Prism, trainees are escorted through a methodical and
controlled accreditation programme at a pace and path suited their individual requirements

to any tutorial applicable to a user’s role.

Forums
The Blue Prism discussion forums provide an invaluable area to be able to interact with fellow Blue Prism
users, and keep up to date with various announcements and useful hints and tips.
In order to be notified when new posts are made to the forums, the Portal enables users to set up a
notification subscription which can send an email any time new content is added.
Blue Prism recommend that all Blue Prism developers set the notification on as it provides an invaluable
community for sharing ideas and problem resolution
My Account
This enables you to change your password or email address, but most importantly allows you to set up
Subscriptions within the Portal. You have the ability to turn given subscriptions on or off for topics you are
most interested in or feel are useful to you during your current development. Once subscribed to a topic
you can select to receive notifications immediately once further information has been added.
