a. Conference Presided by TOCO/Chairman NATC dated April 102012; and

b. TWG Meeting of the NATC selected members dated April 23, 2012.

2. This has reference to the TWG meeting held on April 23, 2012 at the Ante-
Conference Room, Camp Crame, Quezon City. One of the Topics discussed was the
standard format/matrix on Trafficking in Persons to be used in monthly accomplishment
reports.

3. In view of the foregoing, you are hereby directed to accomplish the attached
matrices and submit to this Directorate (Attn: WCPC) thru fax at 7248767 or e-mail

 Definition of Terms Used
in Accomplishing Standard Formats of Reports
on Trafficking in Persons

PNP Initiated operation - this is any TIP operation initiated by the PNP for the rescue of
victims and arrest of suspected traffickers based on PNP's own information gathered.

Referred Case - this is a case on trafficking in persons that was referred by any
person other than the complainant, his/her relatives.

Walk-in Complaints - are the complaints on trafficking in persons brought to the Women
and Children Protection Desks/Police Stations by the victim herself or by his/her
parents, relatives, NGOs and others on behalf of the victim.

Reports - are the detailed report on trafficking in persons that happened within the
required period.

Updates - refers to any development or progress (up to present time) that transpired on
TIP cases/suspects or victims of the cases of a given period.
