01. Bring your own written/drawing instruments.

02. Pens/Ball pens with blue or black ink only be used.

03. Smoking, discussions, consultations among candidates is not allowed.

04. Write your name and roll number legibly only in the spare pink slip provided.

05. Any initials, notations, symbols, religious verses etc, written on the answer sheets may
lead to rejection of paper.

6. Follow the verbal instructions of the invigilator for stating/stopping of the test.

07. You will not be admitted to the Examination hall after the commencement of the paper.

08. You may not leave the hall till the end of the paper.

09. You may leave the hall temporarily with the permission of the invigilator.

10. You may not bring in any books, papers, notes in the hall.

11. Cellular telephones, scientific calculators, laptops etc are not allowed.

12. Use only the answer books provided; place to loose sheets (Maps, graphs, sketches etc)
inside. Do not tear off/mutilate the answer book.

13. In case of open book examinations, bring the relevant books without commentary/notes.

14. Any breach of these and general instructions may result in your disqualification and
debarment from this or subsequent examinations.

15. Answer books/scripts in all subjects of the examinations/tests are secret documents and
cannot be permitted to be seen by the candidates or their representative nor the re-
examination and re-evaluation of the same is allowed under any circumstances.
However the candidates can request for re-counting of marks by the Commission by
depositing a fee of Rs. 250/- in the Government Treasury within 30 days.

02. Each candidate should give option for subject No. 03 and 04 of the compulsory subject and three
from the optional subject in which he/she intends to appear in the above examination.

03. In case the title of the subject(s) mentioned on this form is not correctly written of the tile written is
no form amongst the subject(s) title mentioned in the syllabus, the application form shall be
summarily rejected.

04. The option exercised by the candidates for the subject at the time of submitting the application form
is read as final and no request for any change herein, shall be entertained hereafter.
