Joined daily customer meetings to discuss requirements and present alternative solutions that could save money.
Managed program timing with sales managers for different programs with OEM’s.
Worked with 8D processes for component failures, root cause effects and implemented the resolution.
Worked directly with the assembly line workers performing daily audits to ensure proper procedures are followed.

engineers and managers.
Maintained and operated early warranty tracking systems for new cars released to identify potentially defective
parts. Once identified I entered a change notice to modify the parts resulting in time savings measured in weeks.
Proactive communication with customers to diagnose fuel system concerns with new vehicles launched.
Coordinated part changes with other engineering facilities for production changes by contacting resident
engineering about changes coming; saving thousands of man hours yearly.
Oversaw validation testing requirements needed by suppliers by working directly with test labs to reduce costs
and timing.
