THE HARVEST NEWSLETTER
CONDO BOARD APPROVES NEWSLETTER AND FACEBOOK PAGE
The Harvest Board of Directors approved a motion at their August 24, 2010 meeting to improve communication for the condominium residents. Look for a monthly newsletter posted near the mail boxes. You can also find this and other information at our own Facebook page, The Harvest Condo. Communication and follow-up are the keys to success in any endeavor. We hope these added features will improve the quality of life for our home community! The monthly newsletter will feature timely information about current projects along with photos. We will let you know when there is a special event such as a Community Garage Sale. We will also share challenges faced by your volunteer Board of Directors. Each month we will review a section of our Rules and Regulations. We all agreed to abide by these standards when we were approved to live here, but sometimes we need a gentle reminder.

Our charter currently allows an institutional lender to sell a property without our Condo’s approval. In this day and age of foreclosures, we need to protect ourselves. Financial institutions may try to avoid payment of past due maintenance fees when they

the approval of new owners/ residents. Without this change, we may be assessed for the uncollected fees in order to meet the approved operating budget for The Harvest. Look for official notification and make your vote count!
