HSE is requested to install the soft barricade tape at site Hapsari 2018
7 EPC-1 & 2 CTR shall submit the list of personnel name to register Gatot & Open 02nd April
to HSE ARAS for Rig HSE & H2S induction Aulia 2018

8 CPY instrument engineer confirmed that there will be installed Gatot, Open 2 April 2018
the additional 2 points of ESD push button where will be Meiriansyah
installed at the rig floor and Drilling COMAN cabin. For the cable & Wisnu
of push button at drilling COMAN will be routed from the panel
house at cooler area by crossing road to the perimeter fence
behind drilling office.
9 Electrical power for additional ESD is needed either by Gatot Open 2nd April 2018
permanent power source from CPP or by placing temporary
genset in cooler area by JEC
10 HSE requirement for SIMOP in AS will need to be fulfilled prior Andri Open 2nd April 2018
to start the construction activities, please refer to approved Task Hapsari
