AUTHORITY TO COLLECT HONORARIUM

This is to authorize Dr. EMELYN P. FLORES, RDEC Permanent Alternate, to collect honorarium
in the amount of Six Hundred Pesos (Php 600.00) per meeting for attendance not exceeding
two (2) meetings per year, in the absence of the RDEC Member during RDEC and joint
meetings.

This is also to authorize Dr. EMELYN P. FLORES, TWG Member, to collect honorarium in the
amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) per meeting for attendance not exceeding four (4)
TWG and special meetings per year. Ms. PAULA C. HUELAR, Alternate TWG Member, is
authorized to collect honorarium in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) per
meeting in the absence of the TWG Member during the four (4) TWG and special meetings.
