‫ﺍﻟﺘﺮﲨﺔ ﻣﻬﻨﺔ ﻭﺻﻨﻌﺔ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺍﺗﻔﻘﻨﺎ ﰲ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﺘﻨﺎ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻬﻨﺔٍ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﲑ‪ ‬ﻣﻬﻨﻴﺔﹲ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ‪‬ﺎ‬
‫ﺃﺭﺑﺎ‪‬ﺎ ﺍﺣﺘﺮﺍﻣ‪‬ﺎ ﳌﻬﻨﺘﻬﻢ ﻭﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎﺀً ‪‬ﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺮﲨﺔ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺃﺭﻗﻰ ﺍﳌﻬﻦ ﺍﻟﱵ ﳚﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣ‪‬ﻦ‪ ‬ﻳﺴﻠﻚ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﲟﻌﺎﻳﲑﻫﺎ ﻭﺁﺩﺍ‪‬ﺎ ﻭﺃﺧﻼﻗﻴﺎ‪‬ﺎ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻷﻥ‬
‫ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺘﺠﺰﺃ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﶈﺘﺮﻑ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﳛﺮﺹ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﰲ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﺼﻞ ﲟﻬﻨﺘﻪ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻢ ﺍﻷﺳﺲ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳ‪‬ﺒﲎ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺭﺃﺱ ﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﻲ؛ ﻭﻟﻌﻠﻨﺎ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﳔﺺ ﺑﺎﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻣﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ‪:‬‬
‫ﻭﻣﻬﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳ‪‬ﻌﺮ‪‬ﻓﻬﺎ ﺍﳌﺘﺨﺼﺼﻮﻥ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺓ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ‪‬ﺪﻑ ﺇﱃ ﺇﻳﺼﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﹸﺮﺳِﻞ ﺇﱃ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺮﺳ‪‬ﻞ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻪ ﻳﻨﺘﻔﻲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺳﻮﺀ ﺍﻟﻔﻬﻢ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻧﻌﱪ ‪‬ﺎ‬
‫ﻋﻦ ﺃﻧﻔﺴﻨﺎ ﻭﺗﻌﻜﺲ ﺃﻓﻜﺎﺭﻧﺎ ﻭﻣﺸﺎﻋﺮﻧﺎ ﲡﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱂ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻮﻟﻨﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﻛﻠﻤﺎ ﺣ‪‬ﺴ‪‬ﻦ‪‬‬
‫ﺗﻮﺍﺻﻠﹸﻨﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱂ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻮﻟﻨﺎ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﺍﳊﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻧﻌﻴﺸﻬﺎ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ‪ ،‬ﻫﺬﺍ‬
‫ﺑﻮﺟﻪ ﻋﺎﻡ ﺃﻣﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺃﳘﻴﺔ ﺇﺗﻘﺎﻥ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺑﻮﺟﻪ ﺧﺎﺹ ﻓﻤﻦ‬
‫ﺃﳘﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﻤ‪‬ﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻔﻀﻠﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻣ‪‬ﻦ‪ ‬ﳛﺴﻨﻮﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻏﲑﻫﻢ ﻭﺗﻠﻚ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﺔ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﶈﺘﺮﻑ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﳛﺮﺹ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﳛﺎﻓﻆ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻃﻴﺒﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺍﳉﻤﻴﻊ؛ ﻣﻊ ﺃﺳﺎﺗﺬﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ‬
‫ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻳﺪﻳﻬﻢ ﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻪ ﻭﺃﻻ ﻳﻨﻜﺮ ﳍﻢ ﻓﻀﻼﹰ ﻣﻬﻤﺎ ﻋﻼ ﺷﺄﻧﻪ ﻭﺫﺍﻉ‬
‫ﺻﻴﺘﻪ ﺑﲔ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﻌﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﻮﻻ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﺳﺘﺎﺫ ﻣﺎ ﻭﺟﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻠﻤﻴﺬ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﺘﻔﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻊ‬

‫ﺯﻣﻼﺋﻪ ﻭﺃﻗﺮﺍﻧﻪ ﻭﻓﺮﻳﻖ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﳝﺪﻭﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﻥ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺣﺎﺟﺘﻪ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺒﺨﻠﻮﻥ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﻨﺼﻴﺤﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﺗﻌﻴﻨﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﱪ ﺃﻏﻮﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﻌﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻊ‬
‫ﻃﻼﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﺘﻠﻘﻮﻥ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺧﻼﺻﺔ ﻋﻠﻤﻪ ﻭﺧﱪﺗﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﺪ ﺗﺮﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺄﺣﺪﻫﻢ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ‬
‫ﻣﺘﻌﺪﺩﺓ ﺍﻷﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﻛﺄﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺃﺑﻮﻳﺔ ﻭﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺃﺳﺘﺎﺫﻳﺔ ﻭﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻣﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﻋﻼﻗﺔ‬
‫ﺻﺪﺍﻗﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﳊﺼﻴﻒ ﺣﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻻ ﳜﻠﻂ ﺑﲔ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻭﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﺣﱴ ﻻ‬
‫ﺗﻄﻐﻰ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺧﺘﻬﺎ ﻓﺘﻔﺴﺪﻫﺎ؛ ﻓﻠﻜﻞ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﻭﻭﺍﺟﺒﺎﺕ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ‪:‬‬
‫ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻭﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺃﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﰲ ﻋﺼﺮﻧﺎ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﻛﺜﲑﺓ ﻭﻣﺘﻌﺪﺩﺓ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻟﻜﻞ ﻭﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺁﺩﺍﺏ ﳚﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﶈﺘﺮﻑ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺮﺍﻋﻴﻬﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ‬
‫ﺃﺭﺍﺩ ﲢﺮﻱ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﰲ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻌﻠﻨﺎ ﻧﺘﻮﻗﻒ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺃﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ‪:‬‬
‫ﺃﻭﳍﺎ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻭﺟﻬ‪‬ﺎ ﻟﻮﺟﻪ‪ :‬ﻓﺎﻻﻧﻄﺒﺎﻉ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﻳﺪﻭﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺃﻥ ﳛﺮﺹ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺮﻙ ﺍﻧﻄﺒﺎﻉ ﻣﻬﲏ ﳛﻈﻰ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻟﻪ ﺑﺎﺣﺘﺮﺍﻡ ﺍﳉﻤﻴﻊ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﺍﳉﻤﻴﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺎﺗﺬﺓ ﻭﺯﻣﻼﺀ ﻭﻃﻼﺏ ﺑﺎﺣﺘﺮﺍﻡ ﻭﺃﻥ ﳛﺎﻓﻆ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺑﺘﺴﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺩﻭﺩﺓ ﻏﲑ‬
‫ﻣﺘﻜﻠﻔﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻠﻘﺎﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻭﺃﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺣﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﺎﻉ ﻭﺃﻻ‬
‫ﻳﺄﺧﺬ ﺃﻱ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﺀ ﻣﺄﺧﺬﹰﺍ ﺷﺨﺼﻴ‪‬ﺎ ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ‪‬ﺎ‬
‫ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﻻ ﺗﺮﺿﻴﻪ ﻷﻥ ﺍﳍﺪﻑ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺗﻘﻮﱘ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ ﻻ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺮﻳﺢ ﰲ ﺷﺨﺼﻪ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻗﹶﺪ‪‬ﺭﻩ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﺎﺩﺭ ﺑﺈﳚﺎﺩ ﺍﳊﻠﻮﻝ ﳌﺎ ﻳﻌﺘﺮﺿﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ‬
‫ﻣﻊ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﺑﻼﻍ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﰲ ﺣﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻨﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻌﻤﻴﻠﻪ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﻓﻮﺭ ﺣﺪﻭﺛﻬﺎ ﻻﲣﺎﺫ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﺰﻡ ﺣﻴﺎﳍﺎ‪.‬‬
‫ﺛﺎﻧﻴﻬﺎ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻋﱪ ﺍﻟﱪﻳﺪ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ‪ :‬ﻭﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﻫﻲ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ‬
‫ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣ‪‬ﺎ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺪﻭﺍﻡ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﱰﻟﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﳊﺮ‬
‫ﻭﻻ ﻏﲎ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺒﻊ ﺣﱴ ﻟﻠﻤﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺪﻭﺍﻡ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻘﺮ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﱪﻳﺪ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ ﻗﺪ ﳛﻞ ﳏﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻭﺟﻬ‪‬ﺎ ﻟﻮﺟﻪ – ﺧﺎﺻﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻤﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﳊﺮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺭﲟﺎ ﻳﻘﺘﺼﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻴﻨﻪ ﻭﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺮﺍﺳﻼﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﱪﻳﺪ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ– ﻭﻣﻦ ﰒ ﻓﻬﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﻌﻜﺲ ﻣﺪﻯ ﺍﺣﺘﺮﺍﻓﻴﺔ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ‬

‫ﻭﻣﻬﻨﻴﺘﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺮﺍﻋﻲ ﺁﺩﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻋﱪ ﺍﻟﱪﻳﺪ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ ﺣﱴ ﻳﻈﻬﺮ‬
‫ﲟﻈﻬﺮ ﻣﻬﲏ ﺍﺣﺘﺮﺍﰲ ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻋﺪﺓ ﻧﻘﺎﻁ ﻟﻌﻠﻲ ﺃﹸﻓﹾﺮِﺩ‪ ‬ﳍﺎ ﻻﺣﻘﹰﺎ‬
‫ﲟﺸﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﺔ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺗﻔﺼﻴﻼﹰ ﺗﻠﻴﻖ ﺑﺄﳘﻴﺘﻬﺎ‪.‬‬
‫ﺛﺎﻟﺜﻬﺎ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻋﱪ ﻣﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ‪ :‬ﺃﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﻣﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﺃﺩﺍﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻢ‬
‫ﺃﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺼﺮ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺃﻥ ﳚﻴﺪ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺓ ﲟﺎ ﳛﻘﻖ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺋﺪﺓ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻮﻳﲔ ﺍﳌﻬﲏ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ ﲟﺎ ﳛﻮﻳﻪ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱂ ﺍﻻﻓﺘﺮﺍﺿﻲ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻔﻮﺍﺋﺪ ﺍﳉﻤﺔ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺣﺮﻳ‪‬ﺼﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﲡﻨﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻠﺒﻴﺎﺗﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ‬
‫ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺱ ﻟﻠﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻪ ﳝﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺃﻥ ﳛﺼﻞ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻗﺼﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﺓ ﳑﻜﻨﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﰲ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺍﳌﻬﲏ‪ ،‬ﻭﲤﻴﻴﺰ‪‬ﺍ‬
‫ﻷﻏﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺍﳌﺘﺒﺎﻳﻨﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻮﻳﲔ ﺍﳌﻬﲏ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ‪ ،‬ﻳ‪‬ﺤ‪‬ﺴ‪‬ﻦ‬
‫ﺑﺎﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﶈﺘﺮﻑ ﺃﻥ ﳜﺼ‪‬ﺺ ﻟﻨﻔﺴﻪ ﺻﻔﺤﺔ ﻣﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﺗﻌﱪ ﻋﻦ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺘﻪ‬
‫ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺗﻀﻢ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﳜﺺ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻪ ﻭﻳﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﳍﺎ ﻣﻊ ﳎﻤﻮﻋﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺮﲨﺔ ﻭﻣﻊ ﺯﻣﻼﺋﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﻌﺔ ﻓﻴﻔﻴﺪ ﻭﻳﺴﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻄﻮ‪‬ﺭ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺍﺗﻪ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻠﻐﻮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﺭﺍﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺒ‪‬ﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺁﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻗﺪ ﻻ ﺗﺘﺼﻞ‬
‫ﺑﺼﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﲟﻬﻨﺘﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﻼ ﻣﺎﻧﻊ ﺣﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳ‪‬ﺨﺼ‪‬ﺺ ﳍﺎ ﺻﻔﺤﺔ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ‬
‫ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺮﺍﻋﻲ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﲑ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺻﻔﺤﺘﻪ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻼ‬
‫ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﻟﻪ ﻣﻦ ﳏﺎﺩﺛﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻴﻪ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻭﺟﻬ‪‬ﺎ ﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻋﱪ ﺍﻟﱪﻳﺪ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ ﺃﻭ ﺍﳍﺎﺗﻒ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻥ ﻳ‪‬ﺴﻨﺪ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺭﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺍﳋﺎﺹ ﻣﺜﻼﹰ ﺑﻌﺾ ﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﲨﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻨﺎﻗﺶ ‪‬ﺎ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ‬
‫ﻣﻬﻤﺔ ﺃﹸﺳﻨﺪﺕ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻋﻤﻞ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻟﻸﺳﻒ ﳛﺪﺙ ﺃﺣﻴﺎﻧ‪‬ﺎ ﺇﻣﺎ‬
‫ﺗﺴﺎﻫﻼﹰ ﺃﻭ ﺑﺪﻋﻮﻯ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻻ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻖ ﻋﻨﺎﺀ ﺇﺭﺳﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺑﺮﻳﺪ ﺇﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﻼﺀ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﰲ ﺇﻃﺎﺭ ﺗﻐﻠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﻟﻴﺤﺬﺭ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﶈﺘﺮﻑ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﻣﺎ ﺗﻄﻐﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﳊﺮﺹ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻻ ﻳ‪‬ﻔﺴﺪ ﻟﻠﻮﺩ‬
‫ﻗﻀﻴﺔ! ﻓﻌﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺍﳌﻬﲏ ﺍﶈﺘﺮﻑ ﺃﻥ ﳛﺮﺹ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﻪ ﺍﳌﻬﲏ‬
‫ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﻧﻄﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱂ ﺍﻻﻓﺘﺮﺍﺿﻲ ﺍﳌﹸﺴﻤﻰ ﻓﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻹﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﰲ ﺃﺿﻴﻖ‬
‫ﺍﳊﺪﻭﺩ ﻭﻟﻴﻘﺘﺼﺮ ﺩﻭﺭﻩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺫﻛﺮﻧﺎ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﰲ ﺻﻔﺤﺘﻪ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﺃﻣﺎ ﺻﻔﺤﺘﻪ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﻓﻠﻪ ﻣﻄﻠﻖ ﺍﳊﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺴﻄﺮ ﻭﻳﻨﺸﺮ ﻭﻳﺸﺎﺭﻙ ﻭﻳﻨﺎﻗﺶ‪ ،‬ﻭﺩﻋﲏ‬
‫ﺃﺧﻲ ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺃﳘﺲ ﰲ ﺃﺫﻧﻚ‪" :‬ﻫﺐ‪ ‬ﺃﻥ ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻚ ﺍﻻﻓﺘﺮﺍﺿﻲ ﺗﻌﺮﺽ ﻟﻼﺧﺘﺮﺍﻕ –‬
‫ﻻ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﷲ – ﻣﻦ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺍﳌﺨﺘﺮﻗﲔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﺘﻠﺼﺼﲔ؛ ﻓﻠﻢ‪ ‬ﺗﻌﺮﺽ ﻋﻤﻠﻚ ﻭﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭ‬
‫ﻣﻬﻨﺘﻚ ﻭﻋﻤﻼﺋﻚ ﻟﻠﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮﺓ ﻭﰲ ﻭﺳﻌﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﺠﻨﺐ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﳌﺨﺎﻃﺮﺓ ﺑﺎﳊﺮﺹ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ؟!" ﻓﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﻭﻏﲑﻩ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﳌﺜﻠﻰ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺍﳌﻬﲏ ﺍﻻﺣﺘﺮﺍﰲ‪.‬‬
‫ﺭﺍﺑﻌﻬﺎ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻋﱪ ﺍﳍﺎﺗﻒ‪ :‬ﻓﺎﳍﺎﺗﻒ ﻭﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺍﻟﱵ ﳛﺘﺎﺝ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺘﺮﺟﻢ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﰲ ﻛﺜﲑ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺣﻴﺎﻥ ﻭﻗﺪ ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺪ ﰲ ﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﻣﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﺜﻞ‬
‫ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻣﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﱪﻳﺪ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﱐ ﺍﻟﺮﲰﻲ ﻋﱪ ﺍﻹﻧﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺃﻭ ﻓﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﺬﺭ ﺍﻟﻠﻘﺎﺀ ﻭﺟﻬ‪‬ﺎ ﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﺬﺭﺕ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺮﺍﺳﻠﺔ ﻋﱪ ﺍﶈﺎﺩﺛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻴﺔ ﲟﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ‬
‫ﳜﺺ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻣﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﳏﺪﺩﺓ ﳌﻬﻤﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ ﳚﺐ ﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸﺘﻬﺎ ﰲ ﺍﳊﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻵﺩﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﳌﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﳌﻜﺎﳌﺎﺕ ﺍﳍﺎﺗﻔﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﳚﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺮﺍﻋﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﳌﺘﺼِﻞ‪:‬‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻭﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ‬ ‫•‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﺠﻨﺐ ﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﰲ ﺃﻭﻗﺎﺕ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺃﻭﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺍﺣﺔ‬ ‫•‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﳛﺪﺩ ﻧﻘﺎﻁ ﺍﳌﻜﺎﳌﺔ ﻭﳏﺎﻭﺭﻫﺎ ﺍﳌﻬﻤﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺑﺪﺍﻳﺘﻬﺎ ﺣﱴ ﻻ ﻳﻄﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫•‬
‫ﳏﺪﺛﻪ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻻ ﻓﺎﺋﺪﺓ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﻪ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﺤﺪﺙ ﺑﻨﱪﺓ ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ ﻭﰲ ﺻﻠﺐ ﺍﳌﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺣﱴ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻜﺎﳌﺘﻪ‬ ‫•‬
‫ﳐﺘﺼﺮﺓ ﻭﳏﺪﺩﺓ ﻭﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻹﻣﻜﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﳛﺎﻓﻆ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺑﺘﺴﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻧﱪﺓ ﻭﺩﻭﺩﺓ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﳌﻜﺎﳌﺔ‬ ‫•‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﻳﺸﻜﺮ ﳏﺪﺛﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺇ‪‬ﺎﺀ ﺍﳌﻜﺎﳌﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﻗﺘﻪ‬ ‫•‬

‫ﻭﺧﺘﺎﻣ‪‬ﺎ‪ :‬ﻓﺎﻷﻣﺮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻻ ﳜﺘﻠﻒ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﺛﻨﺎﻥ ﰲ ﺻﻨﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﲨﺔ ﻫﻮ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ‬
‫ﻭﺍﳉﺪﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﻭﺍﳌﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺜﻘﺔ ﻫﻲ ﺍﳌﻌﺎﻳﲑ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳ‪‬ﻌﻮ‪‬ﻝ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﳌﹶﻦ‪ ‬ﻳﺮﻳﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﻠﻚ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﻭﳜﻮﺽ ﻏﻤﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﺑﻐﺾ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ‬
