CITY RESOLUTION NO. 2009-54

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN

(AIP) FOR CY 2010 OF THE CITY OF CABADBARAN,
AGUSAN DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, the City Development Council of the City of Cabadbaran

through Honorable City Mayor Dale B. Corvera forwarded the proposed City
Annual Investment Plan (AIP) CY 2010 to this August Body for appropriate action;

WHEREAS, subject AIP was referred to the Committee of Rules,

Resolutions and Ordinances for evaluation, comments and recommendations;

WHEREAS, the Committee, together with the Local Finance Committee,

finds the Annual Investment Plan to be satisfactory and in order based on the
following, to wit:

1. Adopted and approved by the City Development Council pursuant to its

Res. No. 01-2009 dated 14 July 2009;

2. In harmony with City’s development goals and strategies;

3. Optimizes the utilization of resources and avoids duplication in the use of

fiscal and physical resources;

4. Formulates based functions, activities and projects, in terms of expected

results;

5. Incorporates the requirements of the component Barangays and provides

for equitable allocation of resources among the Barangays;

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 93 rd Regular

Session assembled, to approve the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2010 of
the City of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward a copy of this Resolution to the

Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Agusan del Norte, Capitol, Butuan City through
Hon. Enrico R. Corvera, Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, for information and
guidance.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, to forward a copy of this Resolution to

the Honorable Dale B. Corvera, City Mayor and Chairman, City
Development Council and to provide a copy of the same to the Head
of CDC Secretariat thru Engr. Ludivina M. Gaid, CPDC, both of this City, for
information.
