Hi, I’m Filipe, a seasoned business developer and account strategist on the IT consulting and
systems integration marketplace. As driving forces I’m always eager to deliver value, continuously
learn, build powerful teams, meet interesting people and... have fun doing it all! I’m passionate
about turnaround management, operational startup, business process management, governance,
innovation and service design. A father, surfer / waterman, creativity and live music lover, and a -
self proclaimed - amateur chef. In 2014 I went on entrepreneurial mode and co-launched a
consulting firm focused on process improvement and emergent technology integration,
successfully exiting to set up a new venture in the leisure and tourism industry in late 2016.

Managers, being responsible by load organization and prioritization, training, goal settling and execution control,
motivation and coaching, as well as the performance appraisal of all elements. Was responsible to prospect and
