Please note the following changes to the Preferred Customer Program (PCP) Consistency Challenge recognition for the 2010/2011 Seminar year: • All active† independent sales force members who enrol in all four Preferred Customer Programs Consistency Challenge quarters and enrol 400 customers (cumulative) to receive The Look or more throughout the challenge period will receive onstage recognition and a white namebadge ribbon. • All active† independent sales force members who enrol in all four Preferred Customer Programs Consistency Challenge quarters and enrol less than 400 customers (cumulative) to receive The Look throughout the challenge period will receive standing recognition and a black namebadge ribbon. 2011 foundation changes

Managing Your Inventory In preparation for the addition of these new products to the line in early 2011, you’ll want to keep the following changes in mind: ♦ The lowest-selling Mary Kay® Medium-Coverage Foundation shades will be phased out and moved to the Discontinued Items section of the December 16th, 2010 Independent Beauty Consultant Order Form; the shades will be available for a limited time only. However, our top-selling shades will continue to be available for sale. ♦ Due to low sales, all shades of Mary Kay® Full-Coverage Foundation will phase out and move to the Discontinued Items section of the December 16th, 2010 Independent Beauty Consultant Order Form. The new TimeWise® Luminous-Wear™ Liquid Foundation is a great option to offer your normal-to-dry skin customers who are looking for a liquid foundation. ♦ The current Mary Kay® Foundation Shade Selector Tool will phase out and move to the Discontinued Items section of the December 16th, 2010 Independent Beauty Consultant Order Form. Why? Because the current Mary Kay® Foundation Shade Selector Tool does not support either the new TimeWise® Liquid Foundations or the line-up of foundations found in the Starter Kit. We’ll be introducing new online and print tools to help Independent Beauty Consultants select the perfect type of foundation and shade to satisfy their customers’ needs.
