    I/We hereby declare that


    1. I/We are interested in the above named work in the tender notice.
    2. I/We have submitted a bid for the said work.
    3. I/We have made myself /ourselves thoroughly conversant with the local
    conditions regarding all materials and labour on which I/We have based
    my/our rates for this tender. The specifications and leads on this work
    have been carefully studied and understood before submitting this tender.
    I/We undertake to use only the best materials approved by Executive
    Engineer, or his duly authorised assistant during execution of the work
    and to abide by the decisions.
    4. I/We accept all the terms and conditions laid down in the tender
    document.
    5. The rate quoted by me/us is unconditional, I/we understand that
    conditional tender is liable for rejection.
