Assessment Description

Brainstorm Students will collectively brainstorm their prior knowledge

about the Civil Rights Movement.
Webersise Students will complete the webercise activity regarding Civil
Rights Legislation by visiting 3 approved websites and
answering the assigned questions.
Guided Notes Each student will complete a guided notes worksheet
regarding the Supreme Court cases conducted during the Civil
Rights Movement.
Graphic Organizer Students will complete a T-Chart graphic organizer regarding
civil rights advocates.
Mid Lesson Quiz Each student will complete an online quiz regarding the Civil
Rights Movement.
Essay Each student will choose one civil rights advocate and write a
two-page essay about who they are, their contributions to the
Civil Rights Movement, and what they are most known for.

Test Students will take a test regarding the Civil Rights Movement.
