Through my coursework, I can now implement technology to improve teaching and learning in a
classroom setting as well as a library setting. I embrace the idea of the librarian as a teacher-
librarian-- a librarian working collaboratively with teachers to facilitate learning. The librarian
should create an environment where students have access to books, information, and
technology, where they can enjoy these things in a responsible way.

I am skilled in various Web 2.0 tools and how to implement them into teaching
and learning. I am also able to use WordPress.
