It has been a real pain in the butt to fit in these workouts with how much I’ve had to deal with lately. I almost made it to 150 minutes besides my
yoga, of exercise. I had to throw it in when I had a minute/motivation. Without my yoga, I did 143 minutes of exercise this week of cardio. With
yoga I did a total 243 minutes of exercise holy cow (no wonder I’m sore)! This next week, I plan to get in those 150 minutes of cardio however I
can! Just Dance is so great to fall back on when I want to have a fun workout, and it can be as intense as you want to make it.
