Once completed, I believe 95% of my students will demonstrate the skills, and possess knowledge presented during class. I will determine if my goal was successful based on student achievement during homework, quizzes, and tests. My plan will be completed by June 1, 2018. In order to begin implementation of my professional growth goals I need to review and become proficient with Minnesota and district curriculum content standards. In addition to state standards, | will align my essential ‘outcomes with the National Business Education Association (NBEA) standards. | also need to identify and utilize the backward planning method for each essential outcome to include units, subunits, and chapters. This will allow me to drill down my curriculum planning from the overall unit to monthly, weekly, and daily goals. B.
