Introduction

The activity related to the poster assignment has been carried out by forming the
overall group which comprises of the members having the diversified skills in distinct

professional domains. This recruitment of the team members is done by evaluating their
strength and weakness in order to develop the poster presentation of international
organization in the area of medicine. The members of my group have a wide professional
background where the combination of the team involves individuals who relate to the IT,
Financial, and Healthcare fields. The overall knowledge of the members of the group is being
increased while completing the task. United Health Group is selected which is determined as
one of the largest organization which supports the medical equipment’s and services to the
world (Gretzky, 2012).

My project task is particularly on organizational evaluation and analysis on the

organization future arrangement (Brownlie, 2007). This evaluation is based on my view
which involves my own involvement and abilities. My actual project skills in the
development are an evaluation of the possible risk in determining the development of an
organization. With this project skills that acquired from my present position in work; I am
capable to conduct the evaluation on the organization competition and growth analysis.
Accomplishment and improvement on my relationship, personal, and professional
management skills are determined below (Gretzky, 2012).

Achievement

Importance of Poster Presentation

A poster presentation is a compelling presentation of ideas to the pursuer by
envisioning the content and information. A poster presentation is transparent that permit
various Poster presentation in the meantime (Hess et al, 2013). Poster presentation can ensure
the resolution of conflict among the smaller groups. Through Poster presentation, my ability
of public speaking and self-assurance on the task done optimized (Brownlie, 2007).

Planning
Planning is determined as crucial to the flow of the mechanism that enables the
completion of work in more effective and efficient way on the result (Ke et al, 2014). Poster
presentation had optimized my skills related to the planning as planning and mapping of mind
is significant to support the task completion. The skills related to the planning of project has
optimized my structure, flow, and process of those project to be completed (Hagness, 2018).

Communication
Within the planning procedure, correspondence and cooperation are required for the
fulfillment of the result. Efficient and effective correspondence attain that improved the
connection between the individuals, both formal and casual techniques are connected within
the procedure i.e. meeting twice every week for the preparation of the presentation,
discussion, mind mapping and discussion on the task segregation which are conducted
through Skype and WhatsApp (Litman, 2013). This discussion is made through the
discussion which is determined as in, formation in order to optimize the effective
communication. This enabled me to additionally engage with my superiors through Skype
and WhatsApp even I am not around in office to ensure a smooth stream of the working
(King and Plamer, 2010).

Teamwork
Teamwork accomplished during the presentation procedure toward completing the
presentation. However various conclusions rose during the arrangement, team individuals are
capable of contributing the legitimization supporting by every individual exposure in the
field, for example, financials examination, risk investigation, logistics administration,
managing financial statistics and IT statistics (Brink and Costigan, 2018). In the period of
internalization, collaboration in an association assumes significant individuals in completing
a project, working in team permitted me to know the distinctive for an individual and
empower them to assure timely completion of work (Addams and Allred, 2018).

Leadership

Leadership is a capacity to instruct other all through the procedure. I have built up my
leadership ability in instructing another team member in evaluating the organizational
performance and its position in the healthcare industry from the presentation project. Through
the procedure, I have learned to be more confident in the working which is executed by me
and helping my group seniors to instruct through other group individuals with respect to the
complete presentation (Addams and Allred, 2018).

Interaction and Social

Working in team additionally improved social ability and communication ability

among team individuals (Horward et at, 2018). Association and collaboration of the team
individuals on small scale will encourage and diminished feeling of confined by others. This

built up an environment of help, trust, and joint learning. Group works enable work to be
completed together that accelerate the procedure (Diego et al, 2012). I am capable to learn
how to associate and socialize with different individuals more adequately on the grounds that
through correspondence, collaboration and social connection between each other tempted that
enable work to be accomplished all the more efficiently (Cardon and Marshall, 2018).

Skill of Conflict Resolution

Resolution of Conflict hypothesis stated on a procedure in settling the conflict in a

more peaceful ending (Gielnik et al, 2018). During the procedure, every individual had given
diverse supposition at various stages that developed a distinctive pattern (Lech, 2012).
Furthermore, we are capable to settle the issues by giving a legitimate reason to legitimize the
points, the points are solid and legitimate that different individuals are agreed to. Through
arguments, each of us cans optimization our skill related to the resolution of conflict
(Rakestraw, 2014). This ability is critical for optimization of collaboration which the most of
the organization in the world demanded as a cooperative person (Denise et al, 2014).

Self Development

The self-development theory determines the advancement of a person on additional

capabilities or personality that optimized individual exposure. Working in the team permits
self-development in another area such as management of healthcare, finance and Information
technology capabilities. Presentation of Poster also permitted me on improving my IT
capabilities on helping to develop the poster presentation through research on various
programming and presentation methods (Vohra et al, 2018). This will provide benefits on my
profession that optimized my presentation ability (Guillen et al, 2018). My presentation
ability is optimized by applying each of these methods and programming to my present
employment that enables imaginative and inventive expertise. Imaginative and inventive
expertise exhibit thought to my senior or customers that will be more appealing contrasted
with other presentation procedures (Ratto et al, 2011).

Inspiration

The theory of self-deciding determines the overall behavior of an individual which is

growing in a healthy way and it results in the corrective path. Inspiration also plays a vital
impact on the completion as self-inspiration and inspiration by different individuals that

accelerate the procedure and contribute a successful correspondence approaches to each
member of a group (Yang et al, 2018). These approaches make a friendly surrounding that
each of the individuals willing to share their own exposures and abilities to complete the
project (Mookherjee, 2010). I felt highly motivated during the presentation procedure toward
the task completion (Ankli and Palliam, 2012).

Gathering of Information

Gathering of Information improved through the presentation and it is categorized into

two separate areas i.e. essential and optional. Essential statistics is accumulated through
meeting while optional statistics is attained through online articles, diaries, information and
examined the report (Azevedo and Mehdiabadi, 2013). I felt highly motivated that one of the
employees of United Health Group supported me during the assignment by providing the
valuable information of the company. Furthermore, it has enhanced my correspondence
ability during the phase of information gathering (Deci and Ryan, 2008).

Critical Thinking

The ability related to the critical thinking is advanced via carrying the discussion
among each team member (Brigg, 2009). Critical thinking is demanded within the complete
process of decision making that enables the task to be completed in a corrective way. Each
individual member of the team is demanded to critically evaluate the facts and justification
which is provided by other members of the team and accept their facts which will become the
component of the presentation. This current process has also optimized my skills related to
the critical thinking in developing the overall judgment (Ambrose, 2018).

Conclusion

I have concluded that by conducting this activity related to the poster assignment, I
am able to optimize my overall skills which related to the presenting, discussion, information
gathering, and understanding the process flow of communication. Corresponded among the
individual member of team enable us to generate the effective results collaborate and
completing the entire task.

Recommendation

Enhancement can be conducted on this project that should contain the tools such as Prezi and
PowerPoint to provide a platform that evaluates the poster to make the project more easy and

clear to understand. This will optimize the consideration of the reader to evaluate the
supporting and main point of the organization.
