Library experience includes shelving, processing, cataloguing, event set up, check out,

Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet utilities,
SharePoint, Publisher and Sierra among others.
Over twenty years of experience in the animal care field. Proficiencies include detailed
record keeping, exhibit maintenance and observational skills.
Skilled in advanced operant conditioning and training techniques to improve animal
husbandry and behavior and to better engage the animals and guests.
Extensive background in guest experience including informal talks, scripted stage shows,
media events, training demonstrations, customer service and special events.

EDUCATION: Current student M.A. – Library and Information Science, University of South
