To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter as a recommendation for Carlos Vidaca. I am a family friend and have
known Carlos for four years now. I can say with all certainty that he is one of the most
responsible people I know.
Carlos has done all he can to be successful. As soon he was able to work and get a license he did.
He helps support his mother and two younger brothers. On top of that Carlos was able to
maintain a 3.7 GPA. He also made sure he was involved in school, being in FFA for three years
and taking both AP English and AP US History. Mr.Vidaca got his Certificate of biliteracy his
Junior year. I’m sure balancing school, a job and helping at home was a difficult task, but Carlos
persevered through it all.
As you can tell, Carlos is an extremely determined young man with a bright future ahead of him.
He hopes to become a police officer or work in criminal justice. There is no doubt in my mind
that Mr.Vidaca can accomplish anything he puts his mind to.
