Dear Sirs, With reference to the above, the Competent Authority is pleased to extend this work order for the above said work in favour of you under the following stipulated terms and conditions. 1. CONTRACT PERIOD: The work contract period shall be for a period of another one year wef. 01.05.2016 on the same terms and conditions, 2. CONTRACT VALUE: The total value of the contract shall be Rs.2,39,360/- (Rupees Two Lakh thirty nine thousand three hundred and sixty only). This value is including all kinds of taxes. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Total Security Deposit shall continue be an amount equivalent to 10% of the annual contract value. FORFEITURE OF S.D: The S.D shall be liable to be forfeited if the contractor falls to undertake the work within 20 days of the receipt of the award letter or fails to execute the job as per schedule or not attending the job after the award of contract or in the event of termination of the contract for any such breach. RISK AND COST: If the contractor fails to execute the work as per schedule/not attending the job without information/ not to the satisfaction of IT in-charge, the same will be done by other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor. The decision of Airport Director, in this regard will be final binding on the contractor. 5. SUPERVISION: The contractor shall engage his own engineer/supervisor for supervision of work. ‘The Work shall be carried out as per the direction of the IT in-charge. 6. PAYMEN ERMS: 25% of the annual contract amount will be paid after completion of every quarter of Contract. The contractor has to submit his bill every quarter for the completed period of one Quarter with all supporting documents as mentioned in the Tender document Page No.17, 7. EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT: The contractor has to execute an fresh agreement for the renewed period in an Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper as per the G.C. of tender Document within 15 days of the receipt of the letter awarding the Contract. Cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor. 8. GATE PASS FOR EMPLOYEE: The Contractor shall arrange Photos, Character and antecedent verifications & pay the fees required for Airport Entry Pass issued by BCAS/the concerned Airport official iy respect of permit for his employee(s) for entry inside the operational areas of the airport, as applicable. 9. OTHER CONDITIONS: @) The contractor shall have adequate tools and equipments etc, required for various activities for successful completion of the job. b) No claim for idle labors on any account shall be entertained by AAI. ©) AAI reserves the right to terminate or cancel the contract if unsatisfactory performance is found, @) The contractor shall strictly comply with the environment requirement during execution of work. ©) The contractor shall comply with all statutory requirements pertaining to the state or any government agencies or authorities- Example:- PF, ESIC, workman's compensation & personnel accidents insurance. The AAI will not be responsible for any claim made by the workers or government agencies/authorities. All other conditions mentioned in the General conditions of contract (page No, 10 to 15) of Tender document. 10, SCHEDULE OF QUANTITY: Comprehensive AMC is applicable only to those systems as mentioned in the schedule of quantity Annexure-A (attached herewith) and maintenance has to be carried out as per the maintenance procedure mentioned in Annexure-IV and Annexure-V of Tender Document. Apart from the above, AAI reserves the right to itself to add systems or delete systems, However, AAI will pay/deduct for any addition/deletion on pro-rata basis.
