About distance and timings
Photo: London Permaculture on Flickr. Times shown in this leaflet are rough estimates. We believe cycling is too much fun to rush, so on family, easy and medium difficulty rides we will always aim to match the pace of the slowest cyclists.

Our annual meet-up at the Fatboy’s Diner (Trinity Buoy Wharf). We follow the river Lea to where it meets the Thames, taking in some of London's industrial heritage sites and the new Olympic stadium. We hope to meet fellow LCC groups there – maybe even intrepid travelers from across the river.
