IMPORTANT: 1. This form, together with a copy of the manuscript, must be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies at
least one (1) week prior to the scheduled final defense.
2. An accompanying poster 30” x 40” (preferably tarpaulin), must be shown containing a summary of the study
(Abstract, Introduction, Research Design and Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and
Recommendations.)
3. Each member of the panel must be provided with a copy of the manuscript.
4. The final defense, which is a public oral examination, must be conducted at least one (1) month before
graduation day.
5. The student must attach to this form the official receipt of the defense fee.
