....The head of every man is Christ;
and the head of the woman is the man;
and the head of Christ is God.
1 Cor. 11:3

....The man is the image and glory of God:
but the woman is the glory of the man.
1 Cor. 11:7
These two verses give us the order of authority and the purpose of the
male and female in creation. Man did not set the order; God did! Man cannot
change the order and still please God. God will not submit to man’s intervention
of His will. His will, will be done!

It’s strange that a male will run from responsibility, and a woman will at-
tempt to move the man over so she can take charge. Neither one has surrendered
to believing God’s way is life and it works. Maybe they just haven’t sought to
learn how to fulfill their place in marriage! God created man, male & female, to
join together in marriage and show by their works, just how the godhead works
in heaven. We were made in HIS IMAGE. Marriage is a complete picture of the
godhead. The godhead is three, yet they are one. The male, female and spirit of
their union is three, yet God says they are one! The male’s position is to bring
glory to the CREATOR and the female’s position is to bring glory to GOD’S
CREATION, man. We are to work within one another’s lives, as the godhead
