Within Jetblue, the Customer Service that I develop at this time is the following:

I receive passengers to start their check-in process. We have 4 flights currently leaving from
Mexico City.

I board the flight assigned to me, providing assistance so that passengers arrive at final
destination.

I receive a flight that is assigned to me and if on this flight we have some missing

I raise the report that corresponds, if are necessary desaduano the luggage.

I follow up on each of my reports.

I make the closing of Sales.

I have 2 years of experience working in Customer Service with Aerolineas.
