(I) 29 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry {Plant Design & Piping Design}
With the following responsibilities:
. Checking of piping design activities for individual projects, comprising plot plans,
equipment orientations, general arrangements Dwgs. isometrics, and MTO.
. Checking all plant design and piping works on computer using SMART PLANT REVIEW
and NAVIS WORKS programs.
. Quality auditing activities and design checkers supervision.
. Preparing of planning Dwg's. to assist execution of piping detailed design during initial
phases of projects manually and sometimes using AUTOCAD on PC.
. Preparing and checking of Nozzles Orientation Dwg’s. for Towers, Vessels & Tanks.
. Reviewing and checking preliminary block models and detailed models.
. Reviewing and checking vendor data , Civil Dwg's. which related to piping works.
. Assuming the duties of designers/draftsmen.
. Development of isometrics for construction, specifying shop and field weld location,
spool numbers.
. Participate in design with different piping activities Onshore and Offshore (Plot Plan,
Piping Studies, Piping GA’s, Isometrics … etc.)
. Verifying the existing tie-in points at site & Field engineer supervisor for some projects .
. Piping design for compact skids as production separators, launchers, compressors, pump
stations and manifolds.
. Aware of Piping Codes And Standards.( ANSI , ASME , ISO , DIN …. etc.)
. In addition to above, responsible for piping design training courses for the new piping
engineers (piping components, design bases and isometric extracting and drafting ... etc.).

FROM 1980 TO 1981 Head of Renewal and replacement section-(beside the last activity)-
responsible for renewal and replacement machines and spare parts for KOLDAIR Factories and
preparation of specification before request and set up the technical report after study all vendor
data and discussion and solve all technical problems with vendors.
(During 1980-2Weeks-at MABOR Co. Paris, France Having special duties on painting inspection).
FROM 1976 TO 1979 Head of Planning and Controlling Unit, responsible for planning and
.controlling and activities of spare parts, material control and maintenance section
