History :
HPI: the source of infomation is the mother f 1yo m, who c/o her child has diarrhea
-Started 3 days ago, watery diarrhea getting worse now with blood and mucus, uncountable episodes.
-No aggravated/ alleviated
-Has fever, greenish vomiting, pt is extremely irritable, daycare children has same symptoms
-denied: has loss of appetite rash, joint pain, antibiotic uses
ROS: no weight loss, changes urinary habits
PMH:none ALL:NDKA Meds: Acetaminophen
Birth: 39week w/o complication, vaginally.
Travel: recently travel to India
Growth: normal Immunization: up to date
FHX: none
