The corporation’s life cycle is a significant issue that is faced by any corporation.

Corporation implements a corporation life cycle it will help the business to grow and develop in

many different areas of the company. The stages of the of corporation life cycles have five steps

which are Birth, Growth, Maturity, Decline, and Death. Although there are five stages, not all

business will go through the stages. Managerial and product innovation can extend a corporation

their life cycle. By Developing new combinations of existing products or introduce new

products, changing product packaging, and identifying new markets.

Nestle has displayed this change Such as adding new features to old products, changing

labels, and add new products to the food and beverage market. Nestle has also acquired new

business popularity to keep the company establish for more years to come. Nestle is in the

Growth Stage why it is, Nestlé, believe long-term value which creates growth and operating

efficiency. They invest selectively in high-growth categories and geographies. Nestle has a

strong portfolio, with profitable growth platforms and leading market positions in many types.

Strategy implementation is a process that accomplishes strategic objectives and goals in

business. Strategy implementation provides different options and plan that the business will

follow to for the business to grow and be success in many different areas. It also displays a chart

that will help the business growth and values, set performance goals and other things. Although

many companies develop a strategic plan, they do not always implement the plan as they should.

The questions must strategy makers consider beginning the implementation process should be it

is very important to assess the strategy-culture compatibility when implementing a new strategy

in any company. Culture is very important today, when consider culture it is the originator that
the strategy follows. Culture are done first when developing a business, it also promotes tactics,

when Strategies are done at a later stage.

Nestle; they have an unusual strategy in place, which makes them the food and beverages

business in the world and the best business in the world to work. The reason is their diverse

culture, nestle has the best culture being set up, which helps them set up real strategies and

remarkable work culture within the company. Nestle employees and the company itself praising

how the company culture and policies in place. Their culture environment is primary on their

values in respects for self, others, for diversity and the future.

Nestle support a flexible work environment, safety and health are leading principles, they

aim is to achieve zero work-related injuries and illnesses. Nestle also Dual careers are

increasingly becoming the family working norm. Nestle Strategies are created at higher levels,

they have three levels of strategies which are. ‘Learn’ is about helping people enhance their

health knowledge to lead healthier and happier lives. ‘Feel’ is about providing accessible

information that allows employees to take ownership of their health. While ‘Choose’ refers to the

way we help people develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Six Sigma is a methodology that was founded on quality, measures, and performance to

reduce variation and defects and to provide measurable financial results. Business should want to

implement Six Sigma because It will benefit from the program which will help companies to

achieve the best business performance using cost reductions, quality improvement and it will

make the business perform at the maximum possible effect. The Six Sigma will also offer a

different business level of performance belts that train in the field of six-sigma. Nestle has used
Six- Sigma to train their staff in Lean and Six Sigma doctrines to manage their business

standards and management practices.
