To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of Jaimi Litus, a colleague of two years here at ISS. Jaimi has been a reliable multi-
talented teacher who has significantly contributed to both our Language A and B programs. She is an
experienced Diploma teacher who also has the capacity for teaching EAL. I wish to enthusiastically Stuttgart, 10.11.2016
recommend her to you.

But Jaimi is much more than her resume suggests. Her contributions to the school go beyond the
classroom. She is, in short, an involved educator as evidenced by her supervisory role in the Duke of Jeurgen Schwenk
Business Manager
Edinburgh program, her work with our Student Assistance Program and her pastoral role as a homeroom
teacher. The pattern behind all of this is that Jaimi likes to get to know her students. She cares about who Paul Morris

Jaimi is ambitious and professional in her planning and preparation for her classroom work. Any visit to her Middle School Principal
classroom reveals students engaged in group work, debates or shared research and discussion. She has
Mary Jane Martin
developed websites, is a strong practitioner with our online student learning platform (Veracross) and her
High School Principal
Department Head has commended her for her work in our Atlas Rubicon curriculum mapping tool. Her
units are thoughtfully created and her assessments are well documented and are relevant for each student Sarah Kupke

Teachers who attend sports events, plays and musical concerts reflect their understanding of the overall Director of External Relations
growth of a young adult. Jaimi is one such teacher. Her students know that she believes in them and they
appreciate her for it. For example, I have seen her meeting with students over lunch, discussing and
promoting our internship opportunities to our 10th graders and working with our 11th graders on a service Tel +49 (0)711. 76 96 000

We appreciate the work she has done here and it is unfortunate that we are unable to keep her here due Sigmaringer Str. 257

to some necessary re-structuring. I have no hesitation in recommending Jaimi to you and please do not
hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
