Subject : Change the torque of HYD oil filter clogging sensor.
Applicable Area : KCMSA, KCEI
Applicable Model : Mark 10

1. Background
It used Hydraulic oil clogging detection control option seting for the 20t - 45t Std.Machine, and other model.
Hydraulic oil filter clogging alarm system is the internal pressure of the Hyd. tank and the internal pressure of
the filter case are detected by a different pressure switch.
If switch judged that the filter is clogged. Alert on cluster gauge 『Need to replacement Filter was alarm』,
"KOMEX""GEO SCAN" is shown error code 「Z040」

2. Cause
When the sensor was tightened by torque of maker rrecommendation, the switch point of contact became
hard to work by the inside diameter becoming narrow and was caused by the fact that we found it with filter
mistakenly by adhering in the point of contact 「ON」 side.

3. Countermesure
We changed the tightening torque of the sensor from 35 ± 5N・m to 15 ± 1.5N・m.
