CONTEMPT ORDER AND
ORDER FOR WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF ERWIN LASSHOFER

This matter is before the Court on Judgment Creditors Robert Naegele, John Niemi and

Jesper Parnevik’s Request for Order to Show Cause and Motion for Contempt [ECF No. 322].

On December 6, 2017, this Court issued an Order to Show Cause [ECF No. 323] finding

that Judgment Debtors Erwin Lasshofer, Innovatis GmbH, and Innovatis Asset Management

S.A. (collectively, the “Judgment Debtors”) knowingly failed to comply with this Court’s August

29, 2017 Turnover Order [ECF No. 318]. Accordingly, this Court ordered Judgment Debtors to

appear on January 9, 2018, and show cause why they should not be held in contempt.

Judgment Debtors failed to appear and show cause why they should not be held in

contempt. Accordingly, having considered Judgment Creditors’ Motion for Contempt and

supporting exhibits [ECF No. 322], the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion and finds Judgment

Debtors in contempt of this Court’s August 29, 2017 Turnover Order [ECF No. 318].

Pursuant to this contempt finding, the Court hereby ORDERS that an arrest warrant,

attached hereto, shall issue forthwith for the arrest of Judgment Debtor Erwin Lasshofer.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

Dated: January 10, 2018
