Outreach and Engagement Specialist: Degree is not required, but candidates with at least two
years of social services, or related experience are preferred. Utilize Quadra Med, EPIC, GSI Health,
E-Paces health record system, and other resources to explore client eligibility and contact information.
Utilize GSI database tools to Maintain ongoing clinical documentation and records upholding all HIPAA
regulations and confidentiality protocols to record each interaction with every client served.

Customer Service Representative: Bilingual-
HS/diploma/equivalent; foreign will be considered as well. Computer Literacy, 35+ WPM; Mircosoft
Office Applications as Excel, Power point, and Word. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented work environment. You cannot take a day off during the first month of
training. After the first month you will work 2 rotational Saturdays every month. This is
MANDATORY! After 6 months you will go permanent and work from home.

Crisis Counselor: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social work or relate field required.
Additional experience working in healthcare contact center and/or in mental health counseling
strongly preferred. Fluency in the Spanish language and/ or Cantonese and/or Mandarin languages
(oral required, written optional) preferred. Superior communication skills to convey information
clearly, accurately, and completely.
