Inbound que settings

Menu option 'Inbound Queues in CRM Server': If the R3AD_* queues have
status 'SYSFAIL', there is generally also a short dump in the same system in
Transaction ST22. If the error occurs in programs SAPLSMOUTIL,
SAPLSMO0 or SAPLSMOXML which cannot be corrected by the customer,
you must create a message for component CRM-MW-ADP. In all other cases,
you must create a message for the corresponding application component. For
typical application components, also refer to Note 429423.
A possible error text in the inbound queue is "Error in Mapping (Details:
Transaction SMW01)" (SMOF078). To correct this error, proceed as follows:
Analyze and correct the error which is displayed in Transaction SMW01 at the
error segments. You can find the correct BDoc message with the aid of the
date and the time of the entry in the queue as well as with the BDoc status
which is 'F05'. After you have corrected this problem, restart the inbound
queue in order to process the entry. Help for the correction of the error
displayed in Transaction SMW01 can be requested at the corresponding
application component.

Note: Data of dependent objects can be found in the parent queue.

10. You can use Transaction SMW01 to examine error messages of the CRM
application which are caused, for example, by Customizing errors or other errors
which can occur in the CRM validation. How to use: Restrict the relevant period in
the selection screen and, if necessary, to the BDoc type. Select the incorrect messages
in the selection result and choose 'Errors' / 'Display error segments'. Here you find
information on CRM/EBP application Customizing problems. After you have
corrected the error, you can restart the BDoc from Transaction SMW01.

Note: Unlike CRM Releases 2.0B and 2. 0C, when such errors occur, the system
currently does not stop the inbound queues, but they keep on running. That is, you no longer
receive any messages from the inbound queue that a problem occurred during the validation,
but you must explicitly monitor Transaction SMW01.

Note: If you know the ID of the application object (for example the document
number, in the case of orders), you may be able to establish a unique link between the
application object (for example, order) and the business document faster using a transaction
in the CRM application. For this purpose, refer to the documents of the CRM application.
