ENGRO Eximp Agriproducts Rice Plant - Muridke Responsibilities Leading the overall recruitment of management/non-management positions at the plant and hired mills/warehouses. As per the recruitment plan of fresh graduates, planning and leading the entry level tests for Technical Management Trainees and Graduate Engineers in coordination with the placement offices at different Universities/institutes. Regular coordination with Head Office for filling the senior management positions. Responsible for maintenance of all personal files. Payroll processing of all newly hired permanent/contractual employees in SAP. Conducting Company Orientation sessions for all newly hired employees on monthly basis. Responsible for completing the final settlement process of departing employees. Responsible for processing employee transfers, re-designations, promotions and confirmations. In compliance with labor law, responsible for payment of monthly contributions of Employee Social Security and Employee Old Age Benefit Coordination with the HO for filing and follow up on medical insurance claims, OPD claims, purchase of Mobile phones, relocation allowances, etc. Responsible for processing and managing third party contracts and ensuring the fulfillment of legal contractual obligations.
