Tactics- Send letters of apology to the parents. Also send out a newsletter that states the situation and the steps being taken to solve it. Send press releases to the media stating the situation and also declaring that it has been solved also the press release should state the reasons for why Webb was accused and these reasons should be justified. Also announce a parent conference at the school and the police department should be invited. In this conference parents can ask any questions that they might have. Timetable- The program should go last for a period of 2 months. The letter to the parents should be sent out within a few days after program plan begins. Halliburton's Move Situation- Halliburton is planning on moving its headquarters to Dubai. Many feel that the reason for the corporations' actions is to get a tax break. They have been charged of making 2.3 billion dollars in profits and are now trying to pay less taxes. They also have a bad reputation of giving the U.S soldiers' non-nutritious food, and unclean water. Objective- Change people's views about Halliburton's action and improve the quality of service that Halliburton gives to the U.S soldiers. We also would like to inform the audience about such changes. By doing this we hope to clean up and improve Halliburton's image. Audience- the target audiences are political candidates and officials as well as soldiers and their families. Strategy- Testify legitimate reasons for the move to Dubai and also clarify the bad rumors about the U.S soldiers' bad conditions. Tactics- Halliburton will have a press conference where it talks about the reasons for its move. In the conference it also assures the publics that our U.S soldiers are being well taken care off. We will also send out press releases to the media specifying the reason for the move. Notify elected officials of such reasons and talk to them about improving the nutritious diets of U.S soldiers. Timetable- Start the campaign immediately and have the press conference as soon as possible. Send out press releases weekly. Within the first month send out the letters to politicians.
