STUDI RELIABILITY DAN FMEA PADA UNIT
COAL MILL PROYEK TUBAN III
PT. SEMEN GRESIK, Tbk
Abstrak
Penerapan konsep Reliability dan Failure Mode and Effect
Analysis (FMEA) dalam proses maintenance suatu alat
membutuhkan analisa tersendiri berdasarkan data histori
kerusakan mesin.
Analisa Realibility digunakan untuk menentukan nilai
failure rate, MTBF, MTTR, Reliability, dan Availability.
Sedangkan analisa FMEA digunakan untuk menentukan strategi
perawatan yang optimum berdasarkan tiap failure mode
kerusakan mesin dari hasil analisa diagram pareto serta untuk
menentukan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) sehingga dapat ditentukan
jenis perawatan yang optimum.
Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil analisa kuantitatif
adalah waktu MTBF 5 mesin kritis 463.BC5 = 3373,47 jam,
473.WF1 = 2060,16 jam 473.RM1 = 862,65 jam, 483.CP1 =
1777,24 jam, 483.CP2 = 3950,64 jam. Sedang untuk kebijakan
strategi perawatan dari analisa kualitatif di dapat On-condition
task = 0 item, Schedule restoration task = 3 item, Schedule
discard task = 5 item, Failure finding task = 4 item, re-design
task = 2 item.
Abstract,
Reliability and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
consept aplication in maintenance process of a machine is
require specific analysis based on machine historical data.
Reliability analysis is used to determine the value of
failure rate, MTBF, MTTR, Reliability and Availbility. Whereas,
FMEA analysis is used to determine the optimum maintenance
strategy based on each of failure mode of failure machine from
the result of pareto diagram. And it also used to determine the
Fautl Tree Analysis (FTA) so that maintenance method would be
assigmed.
The end of study from Quantitative analysis were value of
five critical machine at line, 463.BC5 = 3373,74 hours, 473.WF1
= 2060,16 hours, 473.RM1 = 862,65 hours, 483.CP1 = 1777,24
hours and 483.CP2 = 3950,64 hours. Meanwhile from Qualitatif
analysis were On-condition task = 0 item, Schedule restorion = 3
item, Schedule discard task = 5 item, Failure finding task = 4
item, re-design = 2 item. So that maintenance strategy could be
assigned.
