following:-
* The government has decided to set up a high-level committee headed by the Union Home
Secretary to formulate appropriate measures to deal with mob lynching incidents.

The committee will make its recommendations to the Government in four weeks….

Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju has said, the Central government has sent strong
advisories to all the states on such incidents. He said, the issue has been taken very
seriously and no leniency will be shown in terms of action against them.

Hon'ble Sir,

That I was a protected whistle blower and the CVC already directed to
Public Sector Insurance Co's CVO to ensure no harassment be caused to
me in any manner. (dated 29.04.2008)
In reply to CVC the CVO of NIACL issued a written letter she
emphasized three times that Mr. Soni is a Hindi Translator.
A simple internet search of PNB bank CVO on public domain informs that CVC
is the authority for timely completion of disciplinary proceedings.

8 Mar 2018 ... NEW DELHI: Punjab National Bank's chief vigilance
officer was given the CVC-
instituted vigilance excellence award for timely completion of disciplinary
proceedings in 2017, the Rajya Sabha was informed today."

The post of "Hindi Translator" is not mentioned in any charge memo,

suspension order or dismissal order.
It may reasonably be shocking to conscience of an ordinary
person;obviously the CVO of India's no.1 non life insurance company
did not offer a clear ,honest or true reply, the office of CVO stands
manipulated.

I request you to take cognizance in the matter,as I remain victimized

un-abated since February 2008 on behalf of the following:-
