Description
SKF Dry Film Lubricant is specially
developed for automatic lubrication of
flat top chains conveyors in the
beverage processing industry. It is
recommended for conveyors using
plastic chains. It adheres very well on all
treated surfaces and has outstanding
properties. The lubricant complies with
food quality, non toxic NSF category H1,
FDA listed ingredients. The lubricant
consists of synthetic oil and is doped
with PTFE as solid lubricant. The
lubricant can be applied using our dry
lubrication system.
Application
The SKF Dry Film Lubricant LDTS 1 is
suitable for lubrication of plastic flat top
chains in conveyor applications within
the beverage industry and is formulated
for automatic centralized lubrication
systems such as the SKF Dry Lubrication
system for conveyors. The SKF Dry Film
Lubricant LDTS 1 is developed in order
to support customers who have taken
the initiative to reduce water and soap
consumption and are willing to improve
safety of operators and efficiency in their
bottling lines.

Please also note that the lubricant
container needs to be shaken before
use. After storage a separation of the
ingredients could be observed in the
container, this is normal. A short
shaking brings it to a normal status.
