KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LUWISA VERLA CHUA, of legal age, Filipino with residence at 28 Julius


Street, Verlonassile Village, Muntinlupa City (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER),
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of SEVEN MILLION (PHP7,000,000)
PESOS, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and paid by ALDRIN TANG,
JUNIOR PUSOD, HONEYBUNCH SANTOS, BOYET KULANGOD, and, MUCHA
PUSON, all of legal age, Filipino and residents of BIÑAN City (hereinafter referred to as
the BUYERS), DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of
ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said BUYERS, their heirs and assigns a parcel of land, with
all the structures and improvements constructed thereon, and more particularly described
as follows:

"A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3-B-7, of the subdivision plan (LRC)


Psd- 870001, being a portion the consolidation of Lots 6754-A and 6754-B
(LRC) Psd-89811, Lot 7, Psd-1198703, Lot 1, Psd-1199656, LRC Rec. Nos. N-
13675, N-23709, and, N-98045, situated in the Boundary of Rosario Pacita,
San Pedro City, Laguna. Bounded on SW., point 8 to 3 by Lot 13, on...to the
point of beginning; containing an area of TWENTY (20) HECTARES, more
or less xxx”

I hereby warrant my title and absolute ownership to the foregoing real estate
property and shall defend its title at our costs in every forum.
