Here's another product/service review I badly want to post. I just can't get
enough of SUN CELLULAR'S [http://www.suncellular.com.ph/] unlimited offers. I have
tried most of their UNLIMITED SERVICE like text unlimited, call unlimited, call &
text unlimited & more. I have previously made a service review of one of their
service called SUN ALERTZ [http://kench-alegado.blogspot.com/2009/12/sun-
alertz.html?showComment=1303665547596#c160608946766708642] . And here I am
again overwhelming with joy because of their new service that I have just found out
last week.
[] Let me first tell you how I was able to discover the service. Me and my sister
were strolling around our subdivision and ended up seeing a banner of sun cellular
saying "3 days unlimited internet". It thrilled me so much because it is the
cheapest unlimited offer for internet browsing here in the Philippines. But before we
even purchase the service, I verified first if it is for mobile internet or plug-it device. I
called the SUN HOTLINE (200) using my mobile and they told me that It is good for
both mobile & plug-it users.

I just want to mention here that the SUN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS are
very nice. I won't get tired of calling the hotline for they never get tired of giving me
excellent service. Anyway, having the verification and all, me and my sister rushed
to the nearest sun reloading station. We purchased a 100php regular load to our
sun broadband. We never get to register right away for we are still subscribed to
Sun's i50 (one day unlimited internet browsing). Right after our i50 subscription
expired we hurriedly register for the i100 service (3 days unlimited internet) and
presto! We are subscribed! I know you want to know the details of how you can
register on the said service. There are three ways of availing the service check the
details below.

REGISTER MANUALLY
1. Reload your Sun Broadband with 100php regular load. Make sure that you're not
connected to the internet using your Sun Broadband plug-it.
2. Open your Sun Broadband interface on your desktop or program files then click
TEXT.
3. Type i100 for 3 days unlimited internet service or i50 for 1 day unlimited service.
4. Then send it to 247. Wait for the confirmation message that you are successfully
registered to the service.

NO REGISTRATION NEEDED
1. Rush to your nearest Sun Electronic Reloading Station and inquire about Sun
Broadband Wireless(SBW) 50 for 1 day and SBW100 for 3 days unlimited surfing.
2. Once reloading is successful you can surf your way through the web without any
hassle.

GIVE-A-LOAD
1. Sun Cellular allows users to share regular and special loads wherein Sun
Broadband Wireless(SBW) falls in. First step is to of course ask your friends if they
have at least 51 or 101 electronic load. Each transaction charge the user 1 peso for
every successful transfer.
2. To share SBW50 or SBW100, key in <11 digit mobile number> or <11 digit
mobile number>
3. Send to 2292 and wait for the confirmation message from Sun.

puta bakit kaya d ako mka pag surf? Nka reg nman ako s i100 pero d ko nman
ngamit. Bulok 2ng sun n 2! Boo! D ko npakinabangan 100pesos ko, im4tante
sana gagawin ko kya ako nag load ng 100, masasayang lng pala 100 ko, ilang
ulit ako tumawag s operator ng sun wala rin ngyari.. Wla kng kwenta sun!

Di activated sim mo. baga yung regular sim ng sun gamit mo. text
NET to 2300 para maactivate internet ng Sun regular sim mo.

bakit hindi ako makapagregister sa sun . hindi nagrereply . i already loaded my
sun broadband 200 and nagttext na ko ng i100 to 247 pero wala nagrereply..

mga teh wag card, magpa-eload kayo either regular load (tapos magmanual
registration kayo sa internet service) o yung direktang pangbroadband na lang
para di na kayo mag-manual registration. tapos siguraduhin niyo na yung sun
sim niyo e pangbroadband wag yung regular sim (yes magkaibang klase yun).
kasi kung regular sim lang yan at di pangbroadband, wala ding mangyayari
nagsayang lang kayo ng load.

hi..ask q lang po nagregister aq ng unlisurf for 3 days ung card po na 100..then
i'll follow the instructions behind the card...may nagconfirm po na successfully
registerd and all of a sudden may lumabas na msg na i have to reload
immediately and my connection was cut already..how can i make a balance
inquiry in sun? tnx...

PLDT and Smart's acquisition of Sunbroadband is a disaster to the sun
subscribers. PLEASE BAN, BOYCOTT these companies. I am a sun
subscriber for 3 years now and when they merged.....it was BAD WORST to
NO connection. Then they said they were upgrading the system. Pfft!!! Liars!!!
For months now, after they took over, they cheat me all the time in billing and
connection. Headaches. Don't be fooled by their advertisement "Fast and
reliable!" pfft!!! Sun now is slow and unreliable, thanks to the bad business of
PLDT and Smart. Go to hell all of you!!!! The worst thing is I have to endure
them because I'm under contract. Do you think you can cheat your way all the
time? Your still alive but your are already rotting in hell. Theyre the devil in the
flesh. Oh please add MERALCO in the list of worst company of all time.

Ang bagal po ng connection ng sun. Nung first registration ko ok sya, tapos
nung 2nd sobrang bagal na.... Di na ko maka youtube. Nakakatilog ako
kakaantaaaaaaayyyy.

I always load unli directly from the retailer. The other night the stupid retailer
send me regular load.I tried to register i50 one time, I received no confirmation.
When I checked my balance, it says I have 0 hours on my account, it doesn't
even say how much regular load on my account. When I text i50 to 247 I
received a message saying I don't have enough load to register to that promo. I
don't have sun mobile sim, so I insert my sun broadband sim on my phone to
call their customer service.. I just can't contact them.

For all the time that it has to happen, why that night, when I'm already in a
secluded area. Far from stores and I need internet badly.

I had to swap my smartbro modem to sun broadband since I experience bad

service from smart. I was so happy with Sun but when the tie up came from
smart and sun... Sun now is slow and inconsistent.

yun connection mo depende sa signal kung wala kang mahagip na
wcdma-hsdpa signal edge(roaming) ang posibleng masagap mo.
Sa ibang banda naman, kung heavy user ka at di ka mapigilan ng
kakakonek malamang edge na lang din ibigay na signal sa u :)

MAICONVERT SA UNLI DHIL ANG TINATYPE KO AY SBW100 TO 247... KYA

SBW100 PARA HINDI KO NA IREGISTER. SO, MERON AKONG 3 DAYS
UNLI SURFING AT MY REGULAR LOAD. I TRIED WHAT THIS BLOG SAID.
NAGSEND AKO NG i100 to 247 at presto! my confirmation. naiconvert ko na
ang regular load ko to special load. hindi naapektuhan ang remaining unli days
ko. nadagdagan lang ng 3 more days kaya mas ok! ...

ngapla,,, sa mga broadband users, minsan pag ayaw pumasok ng load sa

account nyo, try loading it with regular loads khit 10 pesos lang para
maactivate ang account. nadideactivate kasi ang accounts natin pag ilang
months na hindi naloloadan ng regular.

Grabeh tlga ang SUN. Palagi nman sana akong nagpapaload ng regular load
at minsan yung nasa card. Nkakapagtaka lng, nagparegister ang ng SBW125
nila nung Monday, pro ang nagyari, kinuha lng ang airtime balance ko na 125
tapos hndi ako nka subscribe sa promo.
Nagreklamo ako sa hotline, tapos ginawan ng report. Sabi ng unang sumagot,
2-3 hrs daw ang monitoring time. naghntay nman ako ng 2-3 hrs. Almost 2 hrs
na, at tumawag ako ulit, wala paring resolution. at worse pa, 24 hrs daw ang

monitoring hours. Wow! Nkakairita na! Then after 3 hrs, i called ulit, ang sabi
nman ng sumagot, 2-3 days ang monitoring time. Lechon tlga! NAGPAPAASA!
ayaw nman ako ipakausap sa superior nya kc gusto ko ipareview yung mga
tawag ko pra ma orient ng tama ang mga CSR nila, nagpapaasa sila ng tao eh!
Sa 4th call ko, worst na tlga! 3-5 days daw ang working days. THE BEST
DIBA?!

Tapos may nilagay pa daw sa report nila na FOR IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION.

grabeh tlga ang serbisyo ng sun eh! Tanggap na nga namin na pagdating ng
6am, bumabagsak ang signal, pati ba nman sa serbisyo, failed pa rin ang
expectation namin? i orient nyo naman ng maayos ang mga CSR nyo. Tsaka
kung hndi naman pwede mag avail sa promo nyo, wag nyo kukunin yung load,
mag inform kau via sms na hndi kami applicable sa promo... Ayusin nyo naman
ang serbisyo at sistema ng management nyo.

Ganyang ganyan din po nangyari sakin nung oct21, tinawag k sa
hotline nila hanggang ngayon nakaapat na ref# na ang naibigay
sakin pero d p nila nababalik ung load na ninakaw sakin. Naibalik
pa ba nila sayo yong load m?

Hi, can you help me with my problem. I load a regular load worth 150 on my
sun prepaid sim (not a broadband sim). Then I register ed my 100 worth of load
using SBW100 then there was a confirmation that I have a Unlimited Mobile
Internet for 3 days, but I can't connect to the internet. I already setup the
Access Point. I follow the instruction from SUN website configuration, but still I
can't connect.
