Please be informed that MAERSK FILIPINAS CREWING INC is authorized crewing agency for our principal
MAERSK TANKERS A/S.

We have a seafarer, PAINTER JAMES VIRGO GUHILING MATAS, who was supposed to join the vessel
Maersk Piper but due to another urgent and earlier requirement, crew has been transferred to another
vessel Maersk Rosyth.

In view of the above, may we request for contract amendment of MR JAMES VIRGO GUHILING MATAS.
