ABSTRACT
This case study has disclosed the various methods, systems, and software for configuring an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of KIST Bank and Standard Chartered Bank Limited. In general, the ATM may have the capabilities to perform general types of operations such debit, credit, balance transfer or balance inquiry operations. Certain of these general types of operations may have one or more specific implementation based on the hardware capabilities and software configuration, working mechanism, customer services, challenges and future considerations about the ATM which has been clearly illustrated through this case study.
