Quality Policy
Company Richmond Group Egypt provides quality management, co-ordination, manufacture and installation services
throughout the EGYPT and abroad. The Company has developed its expertise since its establishment and its aim is to achieve
a high standard of construction and service to its customers.

The Richmond Group provides in-depth management and supervision of all its projects, with hands-on involvement by the
company’s principals and project supervisors from start to finish. The Richmond Group encourages shared performance
responsibility to ensure the highest degree of professional service and results on all projects undertaken.

The basic orientation of Richmond Group Egypt is to be recognized for quality in Construction.

This will be achieved through:

 Consideration of context of the organization and aligning the Quality Management System with the strategic
direction of Company Richmond Group Egypt
 Satisfying customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
 Careful Selection of suppliers
 Continuously Upgrading the Integrated Management System in all stages ranging from order receipt
 Maintain an effective quality management system, applying to all our activities at all times
 Maintain continual improvement through measurement against policy and performance, evaluation, review, training
and procedural change where required
 Meet our clients’ requirements and meet or exceed their expectations
 To deliver construction services in accordance with the specifications and requirements of our clients.
 To document and measure quality objectives and targets through internal audit and management review.
 To foster good relationships with clients by effective communications with clients and encouraging feedback.
 SAFETY is to take continuous action to ensure a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors and the public
 ENVIRONMENT is to develop and maintain a corporate culture of environmental stewardship.
 Communicate this policy to our employees, stakeholders, and all interested parties to ensure continued adherence
to this policy
 QHSE Manager is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all persons
 Our CEO is ultimately responsible for Quality in Richmond Group Egypt and is supported by the QHSE Manager, one
of his direct reports and a member of the Management Board.
