 Haneloom: A haneloom is a simplt machint uste or wtaving. In a
wooetn vtrtcal-shaf looms, tht hteelts art fixte in plact in tht shaf.
Tht warp thrtaes pass alttrnattly through a hteelt, ane through a spact
bttwttn tht hteelts (tht shte), so that raising tht shaf raists hal tht
thrtaes (thost passing through tht hteelts), ane lowtring tht shaf
lowtrs tht samt thrtaes — tht thrtaes passing through tht spacts

wtavtrs rom Dha a at prtstnt situatte in Banglaetsh, migratte to
Wtst Btngal ane sttlte aroune tht artas o Santpur ane Kalna (Ambi a
Kalna).But now a eays coneiton o haneloom ineustry is vtry bae ane
all unetr tragic situaton. Ptoplt who livt htrt mostly, art vtry poor .
Mieelt agte ptoplt art unablt to sustain a living in this arta eut to tht

But or using o powtrloom tht proeucton is incrtasing in vtry high
ratt also. In Shantpur arta 50,000 tant is running tach eay ane
tvtry loom givt us avtragt 5 sartt tach eay so tht eaily proeucton
is 2,50,000. This is tht only rtason that Shantpur tant is moving
