NetForce Global Announces New Corporate Board

San Ramon, CA, September 12, 2018 --(PR.com)-- NetForce Global®, a trusted leader in wholesale
international background screening, announced today their newly appointed Corporate Board. Board
Chair and company co-founder, Ed Etzel, said, “Our new board is comprised of industry experts, with the
purpose of providing guidance to address rapidly evolving worldwide data privacy and compliance
requirements.”

Over the past five years the international background screening landscape has dramatically changed.
Demand for international background screening has grown at a significant pace driven by human capital
demand. In addition, the exponential increase of worldwide data privacy legislation has challenged both
domestic and multinational background consumers. As a result, background consumers are renewing their
focus on human resource management and compliant processing practices because the risks associated
with non-compliance are significant.

In response to these challenges, NetForce Global formed a Corporate Board made up of four industry
thought leaders who will provide a high level of expertise as NetForce Global provides its customers with

Ed Etzel, Board Chair, is recognized as a pioneer of global background screening; he co-founded

NetForce Global to become a leading international background screening wholesaler. Ed has held
executive positions at a leading global background provider, NetRiver Inc. and Intermec Technologies; he
had a long tenure at HP as a senior manager.

Fred Giles, Company President, is a former Chair of the global industry association, NAPBS; he has
extensive expertise in background screening, held positions in law enforcement and has broad experience
in the interpretation of compliance requirements.

China Gorman, Board member, is a widely respected human capital management executive, and the
former CEO of the Great Place to Work Institute® as well as COO of the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM). China currently sits on 3 additional company boards bringing value of those
experiences to the new Corporate Board.

Greg Prow, Board member, a practicing attorney, has an extensive background in global compliance
issues from his past employment, before retirement, at Ernst & Young. In his previous role he focused on
the interpretation of international tax laws and transitioned tax knowledge to related technologies.
