AFFIIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

legal age and residents of _______________, after having been duly
sworn on oath in accordance with law hereby voluntarily depose and
say:

1. We are the Private Complainants in Crim. Case

Vexation pending before the Municipal Trial Court of

2. In consideration of the Compromise Agreement

longer interested in prosecuting the above-mentioned case against
