The Public Service Commission as State institutions that oversee the recruitment
process look at the man's wisdom and regardless of this person from that group and
party that. In the Public Service Commission often process recruitment manage
contractors that will be nepotism with the recruitment process will not professionally
and without ethical recruitment that is good.
This system uses methods Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method itself as a
method used to obtain maximum value for calculations for the value of each
alternative for all criteria and classification of each child under weight are provided in
accordance with the criteria are available. With this method to render the process of
recruitment of civil servants hired in the Public Service Commission to be more
effective. Take this decision system uses programming language Microsoft Visual
Basic 6.0, the storage is MySQL, this report is using Crystal Reports 8.5 and model
that uses this system to develop a model of Rapid Application Development (RAD).
Output of decision support system this is how each ranking for each child by SAW
method.
