1 A) EXPLAIN HOW CONFLICT CAN BE MINIMIZE


POSITIVE PERSEPECTIVE
 Accept conflict as a natural growth process and influence all culture to view
constructive conflict positively.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

 Create a formal grievance procedure for all tribes, let them know that their
voices will always be heard and responded promptly and reasonably.

GET TO THE CAUSE

 Focus on deep-rooted rather than superficial effects when assessing


conflicts.

EQUAL VOICES

 Give all parties to a conflict an equal voice, regardless of their position,


tribe, length of service or political influence.

RESOLUTION PARTICIPATION

 Involve all parties, if possible, when drafting conflict resolution.


2) USING WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNT SUGGEST WAYS ON HOW THIS PROBLEM CAN
BE REMEDIED IN A WORKPLACE SETTING.

 Young officers should know how to use fire arms whenever they face
psychological challenges.
 Young officers should continuously go to workshop to be reminded on the
appropriate way of handling fire arms.
 Young officers should know that they were trained to protect the life of
people but not to kill them illegal
 Police men should not shot a person unless they are ordered from the
above.
 Government should do enough investigation on the cause of all
misconduct.
 Young officers should be given enough counseling on how to handle life
challenges either within or outside the workplace.

Q3) EXPLAIN THE IMPACT OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST ESPECIALLY FOR ADR


PROVIDER AND AFFLIATES.

 ADR programs cannot correct systemic injustice, discrimination, or violation


of human rights.
 ADR settlements do not have any educational, punitive, or deterrent effect
on the population.
 ADR may not undermine other judicial reform efforts.
 ADR programs do not set precedent, refine legal norms or establish broad
community or national standards.
 It is inappropriate to use ADR to resolve multi-party cases in which some of
the parties or stakeholders do not participate.
 ADR programs do not work well in the context of extreme power imbalance
between parties.
