COST MANAGEMENT

The success of a project is reliant upon the effective cost management of complex aspects
of a development. A good example is engineering services, which can account for up 45% of
project budget.

RISK ANALYSIS

In collaboration with clients, we identify, review and form investigation strategies for projects
and related risks. Covering design, scope, stakeholder management or construction, related
risk can be quantified, understood, and mitigated. We emphasize project related design and
construction contingency sums, utilizing Monte Carlo simulation where appropriate.

TENDER EVALUATION AND NEGOTIATION

Our extensive expertise in the evaluation and analysis of tenders for projects has included
tender interviews and negotiations. Our scope of services includes identification of inclusions,
exclusions, and contractual deviations, detailed analysis of all pricing information, program
review, and assessment of methodology and nominated project personnel.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, PROGRESS, AND CLAIMS VALUATIONS

We provide contract administration, progress and claims valuation services to clients for
public and private partnerships, alliances, and traditional contract arrangements. Our services
include progress claim and variation assessment, financial reporting, cost-to-complete
