Iikot yung coil sa bobbin former the first one is primary (414 turns) and ilabas ung first end and
last end ng coil which is the pinakadulo ng coil or magnetic wire, then put fish paper and do the
secondary turn and release the first end of the coil, and do the secondary turn then the end of
the coil release it out. (198 turns)
2. Combine the I-core and E-core to create square by emerging them alternately.
3. Connect the beginning and ending of the coil of the primary turn to ac cord or male plug and
hinangin (weld it). Hide the welded wire using shrinkable tube and set aside on the opposite
bobbin.
4. Dip the merged E-core and I-core in insulating varnish. Varnish helps to protect from explosion
due to wounded coil when you turning it.
5. Test the ac cord by connecting the multi tester and the next one is test the two end of
coil/magnetic wire to get the voltage
6. Connect the 2 ending of the secondary turns to female plug.
7. Use x mer leg by connecting it to the core and put the bolts and nuts to the hole to tighten the
core.
8. Put the shell type tube and use bolts and nut on it.
