Main Dish

(Select 5 out of the 6 Main Dish items to complete with your partner).

1 of your 4 main dish items must be the GCF/LCM Word Problem Sort. You and your
learning partner must work to complete the literacy rich GCF/LCM Word Problem Sort.
First, sort the word problems into the GCF or LCM column. Next go back and match each
of the 11 different word problems with the correct answer. Justify these answers by
using prime factorization, lists, a venn diagram and/or the t-chart method. Once you
have completed the sort, call Mrs. Gardner to your group to check and discuss your work.
Once you have Mrs. Gardner approval that your work is correct, she will initial beside your
sort and your group can move to another item.

You will work INDIVIDUALLY to complete Tech games related to GCF/LCM. From the list below,
decide which Math Tech Games you would like to complete. You MUST complete the GCF & LCM
Quiz. When you complete each of these quizzes, call Mrs. Gardner to your desk to see the SCORE
on your computer. Once you have shown Mrs. Gardner your score, she will initial beside your quiz
and record your score in the grade book. You can then move to another Tech Game or the
Dessert.
